With fresh thoughts of getting the hell out of yoshi land in my mind, I head over to that treasure box that fell and swing by to pick up the seed from that bulborb-esc plant guy... only to find out that Kolorado had sniped it first! Sneaky sneaky koopa. I make an arrangement with Kolorado and we head back to toad town on the giant whale. At the port, I get attacked by Jr. Troopa yet again, and this time he has proven to have a little bit of a fang on him. He's still no match for my superior shenanigans! I so a bunch of round up and checking things, doing sidequests, exploring, cooking... I end up around the 50 minute mark fighting someone named Kent C Koopa.
He was a pretty tough fight, but I managed to win.

This is part 32 of my first playthrough of Paper Mario on the N64. I have never played this game before so I'll most likely be taking it very slowly. This is additionally a blind playthrough of the game.
