In 2010, a disturbing video of Canadian rapper Drake was captured. Watch for yourself. After flirting with a fan he brought on-stage, he pulls her shirt down and kisses her neck, putting his arm across her chest. He tells the crowd that they are going to get him in trouble. Only then does he ask the young woman's age. Even after learning she was 17, he told her he liked the way her "chest" felt against his, as well as commenting on her appearance. "You thick", he said. Drake then proceeded to kiss the girl's hand, cheeks, and then lips, all after learning she was underage. In 2019, the video was unearthed and quickly made headlines, but not much else has come of it since. Here is a condensed version of the occurrence.
