Paul is an archetype and ambassador of the collective multidimensional soul group
A fully aware consciousness that has spent its time re-membering itself / him selves to allow for he’s part of the collective journey to play its part in accordance with where humans are at.
He works very closely with both sides of what you call polarity and in that process has been put upon a path of monitoring humanities progression and bringing forth a new way of being that will soon be put into place. Already is !

He has he’s feet in many worlds and is bringing all into one space.

He is what is described in various circles of innerstanding as a galactic commander ( this perception is not quite as it seems or may be seen )
