On April 20th, 2022, an officer was dispatched to a shoplifting incident. He initiated a foot pursuit after he saw the suspect, running and jumping over a fence. At the hospital, she was given breathing treatment. When a mental health professional tried to understand her problem, she kept repeating that she just wants the voices to stop. She was medically cleared for arrest. The female was charged with shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
