Baking with YEARS Neglected Sourdough Starter!

Because I had revived THREE quite neglected sourdough starters, I then decided that I also needed to bake with them and show you what I did. I will show you all the mistakes I made along the way, and explain what I did wrong, how I could've done it differently, and all the successes too!
