How Likely is Booster Course Pass 2?

How likely is it that we will be getting a second booster course pass as a part of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Today I go into some of the most popular arguments for a second booster course pass.

Disclaimer:
I am not saying that these reasons confirm a second booster course is coming. Even after making this video I am still unsure if it will really happen. Rather I want to start a discussion using some of the strongest arguments for why people believe it may be coming in the future.

In all honestly, as much as I find these arguments to be very strong, I'm not 100% sold on the idea of a second booster course pass.

At the end of the day, one can only hope and dream ;)
