That's right, baconnaise. I use olive oil in the video because I didn't end up with enough bacon grease, but you can feel free to use just bacon grease for your bacontastic baconaise. I turn it into a chipotle lime sauce for a chipotle lime bacon hamburger on carnivore cornbread. Enjoy!

RECIPE

1 Cup Bacon Grease
1 Large Egg
1/2 Lime, Juiced
1 tsp Salt

1) Add all ingredients to a tall measuring cup. Place a stick blender at the bottom and on top of the egg. Begin to blend on high and slowly pull the stick up. Do this until all of the oil is incorporated and emulsified. Refrigerate for at least a half hour before using.
