Simple Dowel Compass

I've been using a terrible plastic compass and it's horrible because it never holds it's position so I knew I needed a new one. I looked for a higher quality one and the prices were just too much to justify for something I use occasionally - so I decided to make one myself. There are a lot of different styles but I wanted to come up with a simple design using dowels, bolts, and wingnuts because they're all readily available and it's trivial to change the size of the compass.
