Are The Bose QuietComfort 2 a Good Sports Earbud?

I'm looking at Bose QuietComfort earbuds 2 for working out. Are the Bose QuietComfort 2 earbud a good earbud for working out and do they stay in your ears even when you're sweating? Can they handle the movement you make during your workout?
I know that one of the most annoying things is when your earbuds keep falling out of your ears when you workout or go running, so in this video, I test the Bose QuietComfort 2 to see if they stay put but also other questions like how good is their noise cancelling and can you use these earbuds in the sauna?.

Also, are the Bose QuietComfort 2 good for running too?
