Yoga Nidra (Level 2) read by an English man

Written, compiled and read by William Forde for Perth Yoga for Everybody in 2017. The script was recorded in response to a Guinness world record attempt at the worlds first largest meditation (we literally pulled around 400 people) to make the work available through the school.

Whilst the yoga school project remains closed for the time being, the day has come to make this 30 minute relaxation solution available to try for yourself.

Try to remember that we opt for comfort 90% of the challenges we are presented with. If you want want yoga nidra offers you, as a self controlled bridge into your own mind, then you need to concentrate and learn how to do that and simple breathing whilst 'experiencing' minimal suggestions through the senses. Hypnosis allows no self control over the response to these suggestions. Proper yoga nidra delivery does.

Oh yeah.... you get to lie down and do nothing physically the whole time.
