I thank the member who has the same first name as me. He stole it, I think. I am not certain. It is spelled with a “c”, is it not? In British Columbia, during the pandemic, the federal government was nowhere to be found. Francophone immigrants coming from all over had to turn to francophone and provincial organizations. The federal government was missing in action. Francophones were not happy about that.
