B510 - Oct 15. 2023 Seeking Righteousness

Yehovah's Plan of redemption for mankind includes His Children being filled with the Holy Spirit and living Holy, Righteous lives. Many believers today think that the righteousness that is required, is just doing the best that you can and then trusting in God for the shortfall. Just live better than most and be nice to your neighbors and you will be on the list for going to Heaven.

The Bible instructs believers that the righteousness that God has commanded them to have, only comes from Yeshua and the righteousness that He provides through the gift of redemption. No one will be in Heaven based upon their good works, or by following the Mosiac Covenant Laws, or by performing the traditions of men. The ability to be in the presence of Yehovah will only available as our sins are covered by the blood of Yeshua and the perfect righteousness that He provides as a sacrificial covering for our unrighteous condition. Believers are called to live supernaturally righteous and to shine the light of God's Holy Spirit from their life out into a dark and wicked generation. God decides what qualifies as the definition of righteous and He provides blessings and protections for everyone who decides to live according to His Definition.

Don't let persecution or attacks by the Devil, keep you from living a Righteous and Holy life that pleases God and leads to eternal life with Him.
