Fall has arrived. The temperatures are cool and it is time to break out the flannel. It is also time for dark beer. While many will enjoy dark ales such as porters and stouts, there are also dark lagers. The most common perhaps being the German dunkel. From Samuel Adams is a fall beer called Flannel Fest Dunkel.
