Prison Architect #33 - At the Walls

It works! Now that everything is in place and all the prisoners have been separated the whole prison has fallen into a mostly functional system. There's still problems though. They still think they can climb the walls, even with snipers standing at the ready. They're still digging tunnels through the pipes. And there's more ways they're pressing against the walls trying to get out. We're gonna need better walls.
