Joseph Onesta is a clinical hypnotist who specializes in helping people reverse type 2 diabetes and/or lose a significant amount of weight. He developed the Onesta Process, a unique combination of education, coaching and hypnotherapy that helps clients comfortably adjust to the necessary lifestyle changes to become and stay free from diabetes and obesity. He is also a speaker and author of several books on nutrition and hypnotherapy. He is the author of "Deleting Diabetes: I did it. You can, too."
