Construction Specifications is a Continuing Education Unit by Daltile that was developed to help the specifier of ceramic tile create a more intentional and robust specification. Content includes how to know what questions to ask when selecting a tile product, learning about the different types of tile and ASTM testing standards, and defining the different specification types. The final section includes examples of strong and weak specifications to show the specifier the advantages of having a thorough and well thought out tile spec. We hope to educate design professionals through this CEU that is approved as a Codes and Standards credit through IDCEC and AIA.
