Proposed New York law would require background check to buy 3D printers

A law proposed in democrat controlled New York would require anyone who wanted to buy a 3D printer to pass a criminal background check before being allowed to do so.

The bill is supposedly designed to stop ghost gun manufacturing but will more than likely have the same affect as all the other failed gun control laws they've passed in the state.
