Gensler is changing his language here quite a bit. Being so hard nosed against Bitcoin Spot ETFs in the past, per his handler, Elizabeth Warren, and hers, the Central Bankers, Gensler is now speaking about "SEC staff and Committees" to give himself an out that it wasn't his decision when they are approved, to appease his handers and their handlers. This is a big change from the past when Gensler acted like he ran the show and made the rules.
