If EOS doesn't implement BLS, Would ZEOS launch on another Antelope.IO chain that does?

Given recent developments, it has come to light that Block Producers (BPs) on EOS may not implement BLS, the cryptographic scheme that ZEOS requires to process privacy transactions at scale.
