He must be 2.5 to 3 meters tall. Cops normally have to be 1.70+ tall, and his waist height is around their chest height.

I don't think you can sit in a car if your got legs around 1.25 meters long. And your head would likely be hitting the roof of the car. That is likely why he drives that off-roader.
