Update : USB Powered Rechargeable Batteries (AA)

Yesterday's unboxing of AliExpress AA USB Powered Rechargeable batteries showed me questioning how I would know when they were charging Vs fully charged.

Here I answer that question and look into how my portable solar panel failed to charge the batteries, whilst my powerbank did charge them.
