Man fatally shot outside convenience store in Milwaukee

A 34-year-old Milwaukee man was A man was fatally shot just before 1 a.m. Monday in the 5100 block of N. 40th Street.  Police say the victim was involved in a fight with another man and was shot by him. After suffering serious injuries, he was later pronounced dead.
