When you think about it, most everybody, in our country at least, is dependent upon either the huge corporations and groceries and restaurants for a basic necessity of life, and that's not very smart.

For thousands of years, reasonable people have all known that they needed to have a way to grow and preserve food so that they could feed their own family all year long.

And often other people too. Because many times people have others that are dependent on them.
