Time to upgrade your chromosomes!

Where is the evidence for the traditional chromosomal model of linear DNA compaction? Telomeres? That's it? Busted up DNA that responds to PCR? That's it? Give me a break! The fact that these circular structures confuse scientists doesn't make them any less real. They fly in the face of any notion that eukaryotic chromosomes contain but one simple linear strand of DNA.They must be addressed if studies on chromosome structure are to be taken seriously.
