IL-2 1946 - Landing a Bell 47 with no tail!

The strangest glitch I have experienced in IL-2 1946. Shortly after spawning, the tail of my Bell 47 separated from the rest of the aircraft. Usually, at this point, the helicopter would begin to spin uncontrollably, as the tail-rotor is no longer in place to correct the torque of the main rotor. For whatever reason, it seems like physics did not hold true, as the Bell continued to fly. Not very well.. but reasonable enough that I still had quite a bit of control over the aircraft. After landing, I fired the Bell back up and attempted to take off (Not shown in this video). As you would have thought in the first place, it spiraled upward in a unstable corkscrew..
