A blog on an industry website back in April 2023 described DJ Audits as “…clever. He knows all the rules about what is and isn’t legal in terms of filming.” We know that’s not true, but I decided to analyse one of his recent visits to see whether he is compliant with data protection. Plus a bonus legal analysis of his drone flight.
