Easy Soft Pretzels (English Version) #pretzels

Classic chewy and perfectly golden brown pretzels easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tsp Kosher salt
1 package active dry yeast
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup baking soda
1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water (egg wash)
Kosher salt for topping
Vegetable oil for greasing parchment paper
