FYI I have survived two and come up triumphantly, by the grace of God, for His Glory. Hey, I struggled too. And I think staying busy is important and one of the things we can do for ourselves is volunteering in our local communities. Another powerful favour we can do for ourselves is to build our personal brand. It's not in the video, but I think Scripture memorisation is helpful (like Psalm 1 NIV below). Hang in there. Don't give up.

1 Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
and who meditates on his law day and night.
3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
