Gluten-free recipe: Extra Soft and Light Yogurt Cake with simple ingredients

Incredibly tasty and fast! Very tasty and easy cake! Cake in 15 minutes. Recipe without flour and without oil. Very healthy and easy yoghurt cake. Delicate dessert that melts in the mouth.

✅Ingredients:

4 eggs
60 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice) 1/3 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
350 g yogurt(~1 1/4 cup)
lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
45 g corn starch(1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
100-150 g strawberries(optional)
bake 45-50 minutes at 160°C/320°F
