Acts 23:4
ד אָמְרוּ הָעוֹמְדִים לְיָדוֹ׃ ״אֶת הַכֹּהֵן הַגָּדוֹל לֶאֱלֹהִים אַתָּה מְחָרֵף!״

Exodus 22:27
כב אֱלֹהִ֖ים לֹ֣א תְקַלֵּ֑ל וְנָשִׂ֥יא בְעַמְּךָ֖ לֹ֥א תָאֹֽר׃

Here the Torah was Quoted in Acts 23:4. Specifically, quoted from Shemot / Exodus 22:28 [Heb 22:27] to defend their position how if Paul had known that he was the high priest, he would not disobey the command. The idea here is the Torah had not passed away!
