خواتین حضرات السلامو علیکم ورحمتہ اللہ وبرکاتہ ومغفرتہ, پروگرام شریعت حنفی سے متعلقہ مسائل کے ساتھ .آج کا سوال .عورت کا جائیداد میں حصہ مرد سے کم کیوں ہے. ۔علماء کرام نے فرمایا. یاد رکھیں کہ ہمیں ان اعتراضات کے جوابات ڈھونڈ رہے ہیں نہ کہ اللہ تعالا کی حکمتوں پر خود اعتراض کرنا ہے.اللہ تبارک و تعالا کی حکمتیں اس سے کہیں زیادہ ہوں ہم جب کسی کو شرعی حکم ہوتا ہے فقہا اس پہ غور و تفکر کرتے ہیں اس کی علت نکالتے ہیں اس کا سبب تلاش کرتے ہیں لیکن کوئی بھی یہ دعوی نہیں کرتا کہ جو اللہ تبارک و تعالا کا مقصود اصلی ہے وہاں تک ہم پہنچ گئے ہیں ٹھیک ہے نا اللہ کی تو ہر کام میں لاکھوں حکمتیں ہوتی.عورت کا حصہ کم کیوں رکھا گیا اس وجہ سے رکھا گیا کہ اس کے نا نفق کی ذمہ داری مردوں پر ہے
