Monster FLATHEAD Catch n Cook! Part 2

On this adventure I head out to the mangroves in South-East Queensland and attempt to catch a species of fish known as the Dusky Flathead. After catching a nice sized specimen on a Zerek Prawn I show you how to cook it in a tasty Stir Fry.
