On this adventure I go spearfishing for huge squid on the sandflats at the Gold Coast. After catching two squid on the first trip, the following night I was lucky enough to spot a huge mudcrab in the shallow water and ended up catching it with my barehands. After spotting some monster stingrays and catching another mudcrab, I cook up them up into a fresh Calamari and Crab salad.
