2 small bananas(170 g without peel)
70 g finely ground walnuts(2.5 oz)
70 g sesame seeds(1/2 cup)
bake 20-23 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
100 g dark chocolate(3.5 oz)
1 teaspoon coconut oil/ or your choice
coconut flakes(optional)
