Police say suspect not inside residence after standoff

Police officers are investigating after two women said a man held them against their will at an apartment near 97th and Nall in Overland Park. It was thought the man was barricaded inside an apartment, but after a standoff police said the residence was unoccupied and the suspect was not inside.
