Video released of deadly police shooting of an Indianapolis man in April 2016

Indianapolis police officers shot and killed Kevin Hicks, 44, in April 2016 outside a gas station. Video of the incident was released on Wednesday that shows a struggle between Hicks and an officer. When they go out of frame, the fatal shot was fired.
