Welcome back to another video.

In this video I take you through an angelic energy healing for change connecting in to the eclipse energies.

This healing is all about being at a crossroads and having a decision or choice to make.

The angels bring in the energy of three and the emerald flame makes an appearance also.

The energy of clarity features heavily.

So if you find yourself in this position and you don't know what the best decision to make is.

I mention connecting to the heart in the video.

It's a great technique to use for emotional regulation and to calm the nervous system down.

It's a powerful one!

You may need to take a lie down after listening to allow the energies to integrate.

When you do this, lower density energy such as trapped emotions may come to the surface for you to acknowledge them.

Journaling, dancing, yoga, meditation, listening to music.

What ever you feel drawn to do to help you process them and release this energy.

Taking a bath with epsom salts or showering or swimming in the sea or sitting beside a body of water will also help with this process.

Drinking lots of water to help your body detox also would be beneficial.

Doing what feels best for you!
