EVERY WORD FROM GOD MATTERS

Jesus teaches us by His response to the devil as he was tempting the Lord in the wilderness by trying to get Jesus to turn stones into bread;
"..IT IS WRITTEN, Man shall not live by bread alone, BUT BY EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDETH OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD." (Matthew 4:4)(reference also: Deuteronomy 8:3)

The LESSON IS THIS: EVERY WORD GOD SPEAKS IS MORE NEEDFUL TO US IN OUR LIVES THAN ACTUAL FOOD THAT WE EAT! Please don't misunderstand me, because I realize that food is important to our physical existence and survival on this earth.

As much as we know that our physical bodies need sustenance to live IN THE NATURAL, we must NEVER FORGET that we are SPIRIT BEINGS first and foremost, simply occupying physical bodies while we live in this world, thus it SHOULD BE A CONSTANT REMINDER that as much as our physical bodies require natural food in order for us to live; our SPIRIT BEING, our TRUE SELVES, REQUIRES SPIRITUAL FOOD to not just be alive, but to thrive - and that kind of food comes from the spirit.

The question is: WHOSE SPIRIT are YOU LISTENING to, and WHAT SPIRIT FOOD are YOU INDULGING IN? If you want what God has in store for you for this life and for all eternity, then His Word is what you should be most indulging! But, if you continue to challenge Him and His Word at every turn and with every step you take, or, as is the case of so many who have simply sold their souls to the devil, then satans' word is the word and his is the voice that you CHOOSE TO HEAR!
EVERY WORD THAT GOD SPEAKS - IS TRUTH! (John 1:1, 14; John 14:6)
EVERY WORD THAT HE SPEAKS - MATTERS! (Matthew 4:4)
EVERY WORD THAT WE SPEAK - also MATTERS! (Prov. 18:21)
CHOOSE THIS DAY WHOSE VOICE YOU WILL LISTEN TO AND WHOM YOU SHALL FOLLOW! (Deut. 30:18)
