The medical system in this country is failing. Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, etc. All these social safety nets will cease to exist as America experiences hyperinflation, war, and a systemic collapse. What will the average American do to survive when they fall sick? They will have to fend for themselves. In other words, the average American will have to learn to take care of themselves as they fall ill. People in indigenous cultures are used to such habit, this is why their elemental knowledge is far greater than ours. Unfortunately, Americans will have to relearn this aboriginal skill that's atrophied due to modern technology.
