Over on the Tok I was tagged into a video from @nadine and she apologised and said she would do better.

This is my response:

Keep doing what your doing
Add in a few moments to review your week
What does it tell you?
Are you neglecting areas of your life?
Are there sections not working for you? If so change the header

Remember this is a process that you will develop over time.
It is a process that will require flexibility as life happens
It is ok to focus as wide or as deep as you need

Oh and when that creativity craps all over the page and you end up going wild - pay attention, something happened that day.

I don't know what, I don't need to. What I do know is that something happened and you may want to dig into it - you may uncover something magical
