Everybody's Playing To Win

John Farnham and Hot Chocolate comprise the Mayor's efforts for a Sunday Segue City Special with everybody being a winner (except in the lottery) and life goes on except the Mayor's finished for the weekend and now we have to come back into the studio and figure out what to do with next week. We feel like doing nothing buy copy bands copying big hits by other artists - you know - the same idea that Hollywood keeps thinking that will work... we think we can pull it off... Hollywood? Not so much...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
