Movies are scrambling out of the summer blockbuster season as the Hollywood strike seems poised to gravely damage movie theaters. Deadpool 3 has now allegedly vacated its spot and might -- at best -- land in late July as summer ends. Add it all up and we might not see Deadpool realistically until the holidays of 2024. That means a cascade of postponements. Can theaters survive? And will anyone still care about Marvel when this all stops?
