Yet Another Reason Why We Need to Rethink Red Flag Laws

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the implementation of Michigan's Red Flag laws and some of the concern now being expressed by Michigan law enforcement as they are the one's that will have to execute these orders. Did the State ever consult with law enforcement before they passed this law? Of course not. Now they just hope they don't get too many officer killed while trying to execute these orders. So is it time for us to do a little more soul searching about the effectiveness of Red Flag Laws? Learn all of this and arm yourself with education today.
