Keto Mozzarella Stuffed Crust Pizza Rolls in a Corndog Maker

I'm having a lot of fun with my corn dog maker and am finding a lot of opportunities to make "on the go" keto snacks -- both savory and sweet. In this video, I create a "pizza roll" batter that I cook around mozzarella sticks. The result is a wonderful snack or appetizer that reheats beautifully.
