Philippines, China trade blame over collisions in contested South China Sea

The Philippines has summoned the Chinese ambassador after vessels belonging to the two countries collided in the South China Sea. The countries have blamed each other for the two
incidents on Sunday. The Filipino boat was supplying troops to an outpost in disputed waters.
