KT Flex, Lightweight Knee Support.

This is KT Tape's KT Flex, a lightweight 2 piece knee support that I personally use for my knee issues. I have several bulkier knee braces that still from time to time get used, for more specific issues that are not able to be fixed by KT Flex. However, when I do go hiking, bouldering, or excessive physical activities that requires a lot of squatting, kneeling, lunges, etc, this lightweight and water resistant brace helps me. Its not a permanent fix by any means, but does help take the edge off some of my knee pain without medication, and without wearing a bulky uncomfortable brace.

I took one KT Flex's apart so you can see whats inside, it does in fact match the picture. I also show you in which orientation that plastic support flexes, to give you an idea what it can do, and how its supposed to work.
