Super Crispy Onion Frying Recipe Tips/ Fried Vegetables

2(500g) Onion
60g Carrot
40g Green onion
120g All purpose flour
30g Corn starch
1TBSP Onion powder
1/3TBSP Garlic powder
1/3TBSP Salt
1/2TBSP Baking powder
180ml Sparkling water
Cooking oil
Medium heat (170℃-180℃)
Fry for 5-8 minutes and fry again for 3-5 minutes
-Sriracha Mayonnaise Sauce
2TBSP Mayonnaise
1TBSP Sriracha Sauce
1/2TBSP Sugar
1TBSP Lemon juice
