Fungus

This is video of mushrooms I found in the woods while hiking. My research leads me to believe it is a type of Honey Fungus. No I did NOT taste it in ANY way so I don’t know if it tastes like honey. I read it’s named “honey” because of its coloring. DO NOT EAT ANY wild mushrooms that look like the ones in this video. I am NOT certain about what kind they actually are. I am no expert at identifying mushrooms and / or fungi.

Did you know the Armillaria ostoyae fungi (which I suspect this is) replaced the big Blue Whale as being the largest living organism on this planet?
