Message from the author and composer, Vince Vance:

MY name is Vince Vance. Myself and my band, Vince Vance and the Valiants wrote these lyrics and recorded "Bomb Iran" (1980). We released it June 4, 1980, and Lady DJ Dana Steele first broke it on KRBE in Houston, TX. I can never thank her enough. However, Dana is now interestingly and ironically a far left Democrat. The song immediately went to Number One —with almost ALL stations playing it multiple times each hour. "Bomb Iran" went on to become the #1 most played novelty song in 1980 and 1981. And, became the Number One most played propaganda song of ALL-TIMES. VHS called me a few years ago to say they were doing a retrospective of 1980/81 and were going to highlight the song we wrote and recorded.

Afraid of being politically incorrect and trying to rewrite reality, they didn't use it. What have we become that we can't tell the truth —as it may offend someone? So, sadly, besides the 52 hostages who most were held for 444 days, we are still being held hostage today by these Islamic terrorists, now, for over 40 years.
