Be Temperate

Brethren, are you still acting like a child in the faith (I Corinthians 13:11)? This study will exhort you to examine yourself and your conversation in Christ (II Corinthians 13:5). To be temperate is a sure sign of the Holy Ghost working in you (Galatians 5:22-23). If you believe that your behaviour and emotions are “just a part of who you are” consider that the fruit of the Spirit includes temperance. We should have a renewed mind as a new creature in Christ (Romans 12:1-2; I Corinthians 5:17). We that are saved should also be striving for the mastery and this CANNOT be done without temperance (I Corinthians 9:25; II Timothy 2:3-5). So, grab your King James Bible and allow the working of God to have effects in your life…starting today!
